Terms & Conditions
1. Service Agreement
By utilizing Bibuhnusmoz services located at Vinckestraße 58, 47051 Duisburg, you agree to these Terms & Conditions. We provide professional automotive repair and maintenance services including wheel and tire services, transmission repair, and wheel alignment.
2. Service Liability
Bibuhnusmoz performs all services with professional care and expertise. We are not liable for pre-existing vehicle damage or defects not identified during inspection. Warranty on repairs extends 12 months or as per manufacturer specifications.
3. Payment Terms
Payment is due upon service completion. We accept standard payment methods. Invoices include parts, labor, and applicable VAT. Quotations are valid for 14 days unless otherwise stated.
4. Customer Data & GDPR
We collect personal data (name, contact, vehicle info) solely for service delivery and communication. Data is processed in compliance with GDPR and German data protection laws. Data is not shared with third parties without consent. See our Privacy Policy for details.
5. Cancellation & Refunds
Services completed cannot be refunded. Cancellations must be made 48 hours before appointment. Unused parts may be refunded within 30 days in original condition.
6. Limitation of Liability
Bibuhnusmoz is not liable for indirect damages, loss of profits, or data loss. Our liability is limited to the value of services provided.
7. Dispute Resolution
Disputes shall be resolved under German law. Courts in Duisburg have jurisdiction. We encourage resolving disputes through direct communication first.
